Cadeville Gas Storage LLC (CGS) is a wholly owned subsidary of Cardinal Gas Storage Partners (Cardinal). Cardinal is a joint venture focused on building, owning and operating North American natural gas storage facilities.
CGS is proposing to convert a depleted gas reservoir to natural gas storage. The depleted reservoir is located in Ouachita Parish approximately 10 miles southwest of Monroe, LA. Commercial storage services are scheduled to commence early 2012. The propsosed storage facility is being designed to provide a peak deliverability of 420 MMcf/d and a peak injection of 420 MMcf/d with 16.5 Bcf of working gas capacity. The facility will have the ability to interconnect to various pipelines in north LA providing access to the Perryville HubSM.
CGS filed a 7(c) application in the 4th quarter of 2009.
